AMA Report Exposes the Risk of Foreign Doctors
The recent AMA report on aboriginal health says "In Australia,
approximately 30 per cent of doctors working for community controlled
health services are International Medical Graduates (IMGs). A significant
number of these IMGs do not speak English as a first language, and there
is a likelihood that IMGs, especially recent recruits, will be less able
to negotiate the system for their patients" For more information ring Bob Vinnicombe 0407949963 / (02) 96454910 |
