Radicals Who Called For An islamic State Should Be Chsarged With Sedition
The radicals who called for a revolution and an islamic state at the Hizb
ut-Tahrir meeting in Lakemba on Sunday should be charged with sedition.
If calling for the violent overthrow of our democratic government and the
installation of a one party state isn't sedition, then pray, what is?
These guys have got form. Ever heard of Hezbollah, Al Queda, Abu Bakar
Bashir and the Bali bombings?
And say, we haven't located those stolen rocket launchers yet, have we?
But before that there's something else to attend to - Ruddock must go!
We thought the booting out of Amanda Vanstone and the removal of the word"multiculturalism" from the Immigration Deparment's name marked a change if heart by the Howard government, and "a new broom sweeps clean".
Apparently whoever's swinging the broom missed Philip Ruddock.
This man is more out-of-touch than anyone who has ever stuck the plaque"Attorney General" over his door in Parliament House, and that's saying
something.
We now have the ridiculous situation of the left, in the form of Labor
Premier, Morris Iemma, calling for the banning of Hizb ut-Tahrir, while
the "conservative" Liberals defend it's right to exist. No wonder the
coalition is sagging in the polls.
At least Peter Debnam will know who to blame if he loses the March
election.
